Gallo
Executive President

Degree in Political Economy at University “L. Bocconi” of Milan. He started working at Citibank, then he became Financial Director of Safinvest SpA. For almost 30 years in the Intek Group (now KME), where he held managerial positions in its major subsidiaries. He is currently Executive Vice President of the parent company KME Group SpA. He is on the Board of Directors of Fondazione Dynamo and Vice President of VITA Società Editoriale Impresa Sociale.

Simonetta
Schillaci
Executive Vice President

Degree in Business Administration. The first part of her career focused mainly in the marketing area of some companies including Superga Spa, in the role of Special Events Manager. After several years, she left the corporate world to work in the non-profit sector, first at an organization that managed numerous shelters for minors, single mothers, and/or victims of violence. Subsequently, she joined UNICEF Italia where she gained a long international experience in managing projects for large private and corporate donors, holding numerous positions including Head of Major Donors, Corporate Fund Raising & CSR. From 2018 to 2022, she was Head of Institutional Activities of Fondazione Italia Sociale.

Today, she is Vice President of Fondo Filantropico Italiano, where she also has an operational role.

Director

Since 1996, for around 15 years, he has directed VITA Consulting, a consultancy agency specializing in CSR, corporate philanthropy, and fundraising activities. He then held the role of Senior Advisor at UniCredit Foundation, Fondazione Lang Italia and Fondazione Italia Sociale.

Since June 2021, he has been CEO of VITA Società Editoriale Impresa Sociale.

de Paoli
Director

Notary in Milan, co-founder of Milano Notai. She mainly deals with real estate, with a focus on real estate funds, and non-profit organizations, benefit companies, social and impact economics. She sits on the Boards of Directors of Assobenefit, Fuori Quota, and Fondazione Luigi Rovati. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Plus Value Italy Srl. She was among the founders and Vice President of the Steering Committee of the Officina Dopo di noi Committee.

Director

Reference shareholder and Executive President of KME Group Spa, one of the world's leading producers of copper and copper alloy products. He is also a shareholder of Culti Spa, Il Post, Ducati Energia, a member of the Board of Fondazione Adriano Olivetti, Kennedy Foundation, and Fondazione La Triennale, and a member of the Board of Directors of the TOD's Group and Class Editori. 

Founder of Fondazione Dynamo and Dynamo Camp, the organization based in the Pistoia mountains that welcomes children and young adults (almost 2000 per year) suffering from serious and chronic diseases to assist them with recreational therapies that help manage their illness and convalescence. Over time, the Dynamo project has expanded to generate a complex system of entities that contribute to the long-term sustainability of its activities.

In 2013, he was named Cavaliere del Lavoro (Italian Order of Merit for Labor) for his activities in the entrepreneurial field and for his ethical and social commitment aimed at improving the living and working conditions of the country.

After graduating in Law at La Sapienza University in Rome, he obtained the title of Lawyer and spent a period of study in London where he attended the Boston University School of Law - Legal Institute.
Founder of the Robert F. Kennedy Foundation of Europe ONLUS, he has been Secretary General from 2005 to 2011,  Executive Director from 2013 to 2015 and since 2019 he is Secretary General. Advisor for national and international institutional relations of companies and NGOs. Since 2022 he has been Senior Advisor of the Grimaldi Alliance. Member of the Aspen Institute Italia, "Emerging Nonprofit Leader Fellow" at The Aspen Institute in Washington DC. He has written for Aspenia and Huffington Post Italia.

All positions are held pro bono, with the exception of the Supervisory Body which receives an annual compensation of €2.500, plus VAT, and the Auditor who receives a compensation of € 4.000 plus VAT.
