After several years, she left the corporate world to work in the non-profit sector, first at an organization that managed numerous shelters for minors, single mothers, and/or victims of violence. Subsequently, she joined UNICEF Italia where she gained a long international experience in managing projects for large private and corporate donors, holding numerous positions including Head of Major Donors, Corporate Fund Raising & CSR. From 2018 to 2022, she was Head of Institutional Activities of Fondazione Italia Sociale.
Today, she is Vice President of Fondo Filantropico Italiano, where she also has an operational role.

Founder of Fondazione Dynamo and Dynamo Camp, the organization based in the Pistoia mountains that welcomes children and young adults (almost 2000 per year) suffering from serious and chronic diseases to assist them with recreational therapies that help manage their illness and convalescence.
